To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of Invitation, for example), if you contact me directly.
If you provide me with the personal data of third parties (sending something as gift), you shall be responsible for having informed them and obtained their consent for using their personal information.

Shipping
As all my files are digital printables there are no shipping fees.
→ My customized products will be sent in JPG or PDF file format to your Etsy-registered email address (If you order party package, the files will be in ZIP compression. Please be sure you have an unzip software on your computer.)

It is important to know that I keep final (customized) files on my computer only for 14 days. Changes must be requested within the 14 day period or you will have to repurchase the listing again.

If you purchased customized backdrop banners: Because the size of these files are to big, I can't send them with email. The download link (you will get it with email) is available for you to download for up to 60 days after purchase. So make sure you download it within this period.

BUSINESS HOURS: 
• Monday thru Friday: 8am - 6pm (Central European Time)
• Weekends: I spend my Saturdays and Sundays with my 3 kids and my husband. I respond to emails on weeksends if time allows.

CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME in 24 hours. Turnaround time starts after I have received all of your information.

I not change your photos used in photo invitations and annonuncements, so I am not responsible for problems associated with the blurriness, colors, etc. on your photo. I will not use your photo for any other purpose than your puchased invitation/announcement. I will delete it from my computer after finishing your order.
